Ticket Terms

Entry to our events, requires tickets to be bought in advance. Tickets are available to anyone over the age of 16. Anyone under the age of 16 requires the presence of a parent or guardian who must also buy a ticket.

We want to be as open and accessible to as many people as possible, our venue is on the ground floor, however there are some steps, so if you have any access or mobility issues please get in touch so we can best accommodate your needs.

When working with a third party host to run events we may share contact details with the third-part host, in order to make arrangements for the event.

Refunds and cancellations:

If you can not attend for any reason you can contact us for a refund up to 30 days before the date of the event. Unfortunately we can not refund tickets within 30 days of the date of the event. However if you find you are not able to attend please do still get in touch as we will do our best to help you transfer your ticket to another person.

Event Cancellation:

Sometimes situations outside our control may force us to cancel or move the date of an event. In this case we will either, provide an alternate date for the event and / or offer refunds for tickets purchased. We are not liable for any accommodation or transport costs associated with the cancellation of any event.

Terms of Entry:

All guests require a pre paid ticket to enter our events.

All guests must be over the age of 16 or accompanied by a parent or guardian, who also requires a ticket.

Please be polite and courteous to each other and to Table Top Events staff. We will not accept, abusive, violent or drunken behaviour of any sort, and anyone behaving in such a way will be be ejected from the event and may be banned from future events. No refunds will be provided.

Guests are expected to be dressed appropriately, whilst we love to see costumes at our events, some outfits may simply be inappropriate due to their size, or theme. Some outfits especially some historical uniforms, in most contexts would be highly inappropriate. We ask that they are avoided. Political statements and affiliations, especially those supporting extreme political movements both modern and historical, should be avoided. Outfits or items of clothing that make these statements or show such affiliations are not allowed. Guests breaking this rule will be asked to remove them or get changed. If anyone is unwilling or unable to do this, they will be ejected from the event and may be banned from future events. No refunds will be provided.

Illness: Sadly we all get sick, if you are ill on the day or shortly before one of our events we would ask that you do not attend. You will not have a good time, and may cause others to become ill. If you do attend, and we feel that the situation is such that you are a danger to either yourself or pose a risk to others. You will be asked to leave and encouraged to seek medical attention. Examples of this include but are not exclusive to Vomiting and Diarrhoea. We will be unable to provide refunds in this situation.

We require all guests to maintain a good level of personal hygiene. Each guest should ensure they have washed / showered and are wearing clean clothes for each day of any event they attend. If we feel an individuals personal hygiene is causing discomfort for other guests, they may be asked to leave the event. Refunds will not be provided.

Cheating: Cheating spoils the experience for everyone. Anyone caught seriously cheating or repeatedly engaging in minor offences will be asked to leave and may be banned from future events. No refunds will be provided.
